Leaders from ATW Health Solutions explained during their HIMSS22 panel that addressing health disparities requires gathering both quantitative and qualitative information.

HIMSS CEO Hal Wolf highlighted the urgency of health equity and brought greetings from Pope Francis, while former Disney executive Ben Sherwood celebrated the power of storytelling, innovation and human connection.

The new standard will define electronic interactions among identity providers, electronic health record systems, health information exchanges, health information networks and a record locator service.
