The Ministry of Health of the United Arab Emirates has announced that it will endorse the InnovHealth 2010 summit taking place in Abu Dhabi. The two-day summit brings together the region's leading healthcare professionals to discuss medical research, technological development, healthcare product solutions, and more.

Healthcare series director Fabian Faure of Naseba, the summit's producer, said that the summit is the only platform addressing the Middle East's need for further innovations in healthcare technology, management, and solutions.

The endorsement of the Ministry of Health comes as an advantage to the summit, as both organizations are working toward accessible healthcare for the region.

The Ministry of Health has established a chain of health facilities in urban and rural areas, in addition to a strict program to prevent and control infectious diseases in the Middle East.

The organization's latest focus is on health education and awareness, which dovetails with their endorsement of the InnovHealth summit.
